Learn How to Shoot
Form. Stance. Grip. Release point. Wrist load. Most players have never been taught the actual mechanics of shooting — they just shoot the way they always have and wonder why they're not improving.

Footwork. Pickup timing. Variety of shots. Off the dribble, off the catch, off screens, pull-ups. Shooting without understanding is just repetition of bad habits. Understanding is what makes the reps work.

What if I miss a day?

You make it up the next day — 200 shots instead of 100. The challenge stays alive. Miss two days in a row without making up? That's where the challenge gets real. The accountability structure is part of what makes this different from just shooting around whenever you feel like it.
What does the shooting machine do?

The shooting machine is an automatic ball return — you shoot, it feeds the ball back to you. No chasing rebounds, no wasting time between reps. This lets live tier players get 100 quality shots done fast and efficiently. It's available during open gym sessions at 1810 Seward Ave, Bronx.
Can I do 100 Proof and Skill Lab at the same time?

Yes — and for serious players, combining both is recommended. Skill Lab covers the full 800+ skill checklist across all areas of the game. 100 Proof focuses specifically on shooting volume and form. They don't compete — one is your broad development, the other is your shooting specialization. Many of our players do both.
What age is the 100 Proof Challenge for?

The challenge is designed for players who are serious about their shooting development — roughly ages 12 and up. The free tier is accessible to anyone. The live tier requires coming to the facility in the Bronx, so it's most practical for players in the New York area. The digital tiers are available anywhere in the world.
